Join Supervisor Carole Groom, the Women’s Community Leadership Network and Commission on the Status of Women on Feb. 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Foster City for a workshop for women on the basics of running a campaign for elected office. Whether you are considering a future run for city, school board, county or special districts, or are planning to work on a local campaign, this workshop is an introduction to what it’s like and what to consider.
